Noncombatants seemed like the right place to put him.
Now, I'm not giving his xp level or current gold, because I really don't keep perfect track of that stuff. He's an NPC and will always stay 1 level below the party and generally have cheaper gear. I had to alter his skills to fit everything, some went down a lot, and he no longer has ranks in Decipher Script...even though it was that which was the reason you needed him originally. Retraining's a bitch like that.
